I wanted to ask you guys about anxiety going into the 8th week of hard mode NoFap. Some symptoms better but hard to watch TV or listen to music anymore. This going to pass as well with more hard mode time..??

Anybody have any advice on this I would appreciate it very much..

Let's also keep in mind that porn is a cause of a lot of problems, including anxieties, insecurities, depression, lack of motivation, etc etc.

However, it is not the only cause of these issues. If during an extended reboot issues of these sort persist, then it's worthwhile to do an inventory and consider that there are other causal factors.

Porn was a huge problem for me, but I've also had to deal with alcohol related substance abuse and severe anxiety issues relating to childhood trauma as well. And it all goes together.

Abstaining from PMO has had a huge beneficial impact for me and others, but it isn't necessary the panacea to solving all problems, and other alternatives should be considered to go parallel with it, such as counselling.

  7. It is because your nervous System in constant fight/flight/frozen mode, your brain simply turns down the activity of those brain part related to emotions.

You Will be fixed, but do not expect miracle in too short, because then you may relapse.

    Things that may help:
-massage your whole face, and head
-reading aloud, mental calculations, memory games etc. those involve frontal cortex work
    -playing board games with others
-avoid all tiggers, rearrange your room where you used to pmo
-and the most important, time and patience
