Hi I was wondering if there is anything out there to restrict and prevent masturbating physically.

For example if we can get some cloth and wrap it around our cock then secure it with some tape. This would stop us having easy access to stroke. Obviously it needs a hole in the end to urinate.

Anyone tried to physically restrict themselves? I want to know of ways so I can wrap it up and let it be out of thought for a while.

You could try a Chastity device but it’s hard to find the right fit.

  3. you could always get a cock cage, but i warn you something restrictive like that WILL shrink your dick several inches, the reason we get erections is to keep the penis healthy and fit, if you cut that off than you penis will wilt, also you will likely get into sissy porn if you do that so i wouldnt use anything, just control yourself and keeps your hands away.

  4. Old addict trick: rubber band around your wrist, pull it and let it go to pop your wrist when you have a trigger, or just throughout the day, to remind you of the pain you're trying to avoid in relapsing.

    Never tried.

I see these threads on occasion and my thought is no for a handful of reasons.

Even using those devices it is still possible to orgasm to porn, albeit it is exceptionally unhealthy both for your genitals and brain to do so.

And even if these devices prevented one from masturbating/orgasming, you're denying yourself from the benefits of the struggle itself of the process of overcoming the addiction. The benefit from this truly comes from the journey and mastery over our minds. I'm apt to think that even after 90+ days of no orgasm but once that cage is off that old habits would be more quickly re-assert themselves than forcing yourself to go through the struggle without it.

But who knows. I don't think I've actually read a log of someone successfully using it and then maintaining a porn-sober mind.

  11. Them dudes turn nofap into a comic reading show.lol
Sometimes a nofap joke is "healthy for the prostatitis."

  12. Whenever you think about masturbation quickly hit your face with your finger to feel sharp pain. Alternative idea, buy something very stinky, and smell it if you feel like want to give into M.

But I found reading aloud 10-15 minutes kinda takes away urges, or atleast your will be back to stop you.

Try deep squats when you have bad urges

Any benefits in giving my wife the key? At least she knows I am no masturbating. She can unlock the cage anytime she wants. This may change my mindset to see her as a sexual partner. Certainly, it will keep me in control. The biggest benefit is that she will know I am not masturbating - and cannot cheat on her. Thoughts?

Any advice on something smelly I can carry but be discrete? Also, I heard doing math helps reduce the urge. I have not tried it, yet.

My thought is that you should not do this.

Okay but how do I prove to my wife that I am not masturbating?

Um, I don't know? Like how any other married couple does it? Trust maybe?

  20. Never tried that method, was just an idea from me. Yes calculating aloud help, and anything else that involve pre frontal cortex work. These should help to avoid relapse, because your brain "rational part" wakes up.
