man, you´ve been falling systematic in the last days. why don´t you try this? instead of forcing yourself into nofap, stop, just stop. do whatever you want to do, PMO if you want, then when you feel calm, when you feel steady, start nofap. that way you don´t put pressure on yourself. it´s already enough pressure to be on porn addiction, you don´t need any extra pressure from the reboot. it´s probably your impulsive mind anyways. so when you feel ready, make a plan, choose your tools and go. no stress
