I dont think so. If any, I would be inclined to think that jerking off would increase the size ( thinking it works like a muscle lol ) . Of course that's BS too.

Bottom line, I dont think it has anything to do with it.

 

Some people have stated that their dicks have grown in length back to normal size after stopping masturbation for a while if their dicks shrank, and now I'm curious to know if that's true as well.

 

Well, I do believe that's actually possible to a certain extend. It may happen due to accumulated tension and increased blood flow into the corpora cavernosa during erection, but of course I don't see how nofap may anatomically change the size of the penis.

 

i think its all about erection strength, if you are only getting 70% hard on porn than when you quit and hit 100 than it will be back to normal.

 

And it gets harder and makes you feel better

 

This is what’s happened to me. I had bigger, stronger erections when I was 16 than I do now in my twenties. I’ve noticed even when I relapse, if I go like 15 days without PMO, I get an erection to porn much easier and faster than when I’m constantly PMO’ing.
I know for sure that once I get over porn my dick won’t grow. It will however return to its normal size. I’m 100% confident in that.

No question about it for me! The more intense my PMO, the shorter my penis shrank when flaccid (I noticed no change in its erect size).

The difference was significant and quite scary, with around ¾ loss in length. That's right; only a quarter of its original length remained.

Since I started NoFap 36 days ago, my penis has been gradually returning to its previous size. It's not quite there yet, but well over halfway.

This phenomenon as been documented in a couple of places. I would like to know the reason why it happens.
