Looking Facebook crush does affect NOFAP?

    I’ve been on NoFap for 6 days now, almost 7, and I have a question.
    I have a crush, that I’m going out with, and she is hot af, has bathing suit pics on Facebook and seriously, she is super hot. When I’m horny, I tend to look at this photos because dang, she is hot. Does this affect my streak? I don’t watch porn or anything, the fact of seeing her in person, is just enough to get horny.

    I tend to fantasize with it, but never touched my penis or anything, it’s just her, that is hot, her personality is dope, that makes me soo attracted to her and get to see her pics on bathing suit

    Stop looking at her photos and fantasizing. It doesn't count as P, but it will set you back in your reboot process. It will also make you horny when you are interacting with her because the whole time you'll just be fantasizing about her.
    A lot of people would recommend erasing all social media accounts, as have I as well.

    It affects your subconscious mind, if you are looking at something repeatedly, You'll be driven towards porn slowly but surely. Read get started to know about our calculative mind and instant reaction mind, you won't get time to react when it can lead you to relapse. So I recommend not seeing anything with lust.
