Remember that quitting PMO after years of addiction is probably one of the hardest tasks you will ever face during your lifetime. With that said, it is definitely possible to overcome it one day because I didn't make it myself until the age of 30, after being enslaved to it for over 15 long years!!!
Only 17-18 months year earlier, I was feeling miserable, needy and desperate because of watching porn and masturbating. Some days, I barely wanted to live and felt like I had few meanings or purposes in life overall. I was literally almost sobbing myself to sleep some nights because I felt so miserable.
That's when I decided to at least give up porn during the following year which I did after a few months. Nine months later, I managed to finally give up masturbating too and my life have skyrocketed upwards since last winter to say the least. Only two years later, I feel like I am on the top of the world and that nothing can stop me now. So believe me when I say you still have time and opportunity to change for the better. you just have to take it day by day.

Since it hard going from PMO:ing a few times/week or more to complete abstinence (i.e. "Hard-mode") overnight, I suggest you try to get free from porn to begin with. Step it down one week at a time until you feel you can make at least a few months without it. When you feel comfortable doing that, I suggest you try to stop masturbating for as long as possible and don't give up just because you can't engage in a 30+ day streak right away. It will take many relapses before you are able to make those long-lasting streaks.
You will then experience the Superpowers that so many of us have gained but that assumes you are on top of your game which means: surrounding yourself by healthy habits (good diet, exercise, reading, learning stuff/skills and so on). Without them, your road to success will be so much harder.
