    Hello, I'm 26 years old and I have been watching porn for 7 years
    and I'm sick of it, so my goal is to quit permenantly.
    Just that damn gross feeling afterwards. I hate it.
    I never really realized how bad it was for me and what a time waster it was, but in retrospect I know now and I'll be mourning all of that wasted time for awhile.
    So I've been clean about 2 weeks and prior to that I was clean for 3 weeks.
    All last year I was lessening my intake and even went 1 month without, but sadly I went back to it.
    So I know I can do this!! and I'm excited to be apart of this community.

    Welcome! It sounds like you are already experienced with NoFap. I think if you get support here from the community you will make leaps forward from your current status.

    Some things you can do to get involved:

    1. Get an Accountability Partner to help and be helped by (there is a section for those posts)
    2. Join some groups (under Community tab) to find people you have things in common with
    3. Start a journal to share more about yourself and invite feedback/advice from people
    4. Read and post a bunch!

    Welcome, Thanatos! I'm new too, and feel basically the same way you do. Post-PMO I just feel... filthy. It got worse after I learned about the link between pornography and human trafficking (sex slavery). How could I support that by viewing this material? Was it worth the temporary pleasure, knowing that my viewing porn was directly linked to the slavery of young boys and girls? No. It wasn't. At least not for me. And it looks like it's not to you either. So I wish you luck, and my prayers go with you!

    My sympathies are with everyone who shares those "filthy feelings". I have a fetish issue so my gross factor is more than doubled. I'm glad to see that you're taking these steps, and it seems like you've already made some good goals in the past. Keep it up my friend.
