    Hello my friend,
I’m porn addicted since 35 years. I am doing NoFap since 31 days. I feel all the super powers. Very highly motivated, very sharp mind and very communicative. Yes, you will recover. The brain is a wonderful organ. I don’t know how long it will take for you to recover but it’s worth. Keep fighting against pmo. Than you will have the best and the true life.

Bhai, would you mind sharing your story on PMO and how you rose above it? Also, would you be willing to share your state of recovery so that others may have a realistic expectation for their own timeline? Thank you very much in advance.

You are fighting past impressions of your porn habits, these will stick with you for a while, eventually they go away

Bhai, would you be able to share your experiences in nofap and what you did when you first started? I am interested to hear your story and how you were able to conquer this. Thank to you and your recommendations on meditation, The past few days have been relatively easy with regards to urges. Today, however, I received an email and browsed a bit in the negative concept. This lasted for about 10 minutes, but what brought me away from it was not my immediate discipline, but a slight feeling of sadness and a bit of conflict as I have been doing things the right way for the past week. I quickly exited out of this site and removed myself from the source. I think because of that feeling, and my meditation that I will do later today, the next time a similar situation transpires, I will not succumb as easily.

Best wishes to you always! Please keep up on this thread. People here need your advice!
