Wow, I'm actually in awe and so happy that i used the Panic Button and clicked on Emergency lol. I clicked it a few times until i stumbled upon this Reddit post which has just changed how I think and my urges for hopefully life...

"We need to be physically horny to be mentally happy

Horniness makes us sensitive to others, and being sensitive to others means we can be part of life, and being part of life means we can be happy. When we're horny, we easily feel connected to others, and if our minds aren't dirty, we feel connected to them in a nice, sustainable, mostly non-sexual way.

When our horniness is exhausted, we're no longer sensitive to interaction with others and feel rejected and unhappy. Porn exhausts our horniness very quickly, leaving us prone to depression and social anxiety. Abstinence keeps us very horny, which is the foundation we need for happiness."

You should stop and think about what this tells you and makes you feel.

I just want to add that, being horny and having sexual intercourse with a significant other is greatly different to PMO. I say this because PMO just fills you with instant regret, depression and many more negative impacts. It takes away YOUR happiness. Happiness is what every human needs but YOU and whatever you decide to watch is just making you hate yourself and have no happiness in life.

You are your greatest obstacle and the way to overcome PMO is to realise that there is a better version of yourself waiting to surface once you give up this disgusting addiction.

Good to know the emergency button promptly served a nice bite-sized wisdom of NoFap.
You've resisted this temptation, but remember that this path is filled with lots of temptations from your brain in its search for the drug given by PMO-ing. Keep it up, and don't ever give up on yourself in this journey.
    Edit: a typo. Grammar doesn't forgive. :)

The point is we need to give NoFap enough time to have an effect. Relapsing after just a few days and restarting again doesn't give it a chance to work.

The thing with this addiction is you have to be vigilant everyday. I got to 82 days before and relapsed and I felt soml many benefits. You need to reminds your self every single day why you are fighting

Thats true man, we're in a constant battle with ourselves. I'd say one way to overcome this is to plan your days beforehand.
Set up a weekly/daily timetable and even set up a Diary where you write down what you've done, what you're greatful for etc.
