    This what I tell myself usually when I decide to watch porn, however I know it's fake and full of things against my ethics, it feels like a maze I cannot escape, I wish it's useful to be here.

    Hi and welcome to NoFap. You'll find here a safe, understanding community who are here to support you every step of the way. For this to be a fulfilling, rewarding and productive experience for you, I recommend you to do a couple of things:

    1. Focus on your WHY. Why are you giving up PMO? Why are you fighting this battle? What's your purpose? It's got to be something more than an external reason like 'because my spouse caught me' or 'because its sinful/against God', it has to be something deeper and more meaningful. A powerful 'why' can beat any 'how'.

    2. Get an Accountability Partner who is honest, hopeful and understands the struggle. That person can ensure that you are safe on a daily basis, you check in with them regularly and get to know them and connect with them in case you ever think you are not safe.
