New to this whole FAP thing but am going to give it a go. Was just reading Lavrans Reboot stories and got inspired. Have not had sex, masturbated or looked at porn since Dec 26th. Mar 26th can't come fast enough lol. I'll take any advise or thoughts from the community moving forward. I want to create an environment where asking for sex or coercion is not a part of my life anymore. My biggest challenges so far are when I am feeling low or it is early in the morning and I can't sleep. Want to stop going from woman to woman and create a place where my partner and I aligned in what we want in life. As Lavrans seems to suggest, keeping busy is the key to the 90 day challenge and overall happiness....o_O+

  2. I agree keeping busy helps and good luck!

  3. Just one suggestion: find guys who have kicked the addiction and ask them for advice. There is SO much advice on here from guys who are still stuck in the habit.

  4. Quitting PMO is not easy but can be done through discipline, willpower, building positive habits and consistency. First step is why you want to quit PMO. Next is avoid triggering images or videos. Then put good habits in place such as working, socializing, searching for topics relating to your addiction. Also do reports on your journey whether good or bad.
    GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Being more goal oriented with specific objectives and targets in mind is going to be key as my brain is so hardwired that all I'm thinking about now is the end goal and that is Mar 26th and know I won't get there until I make concrete objectives to help me out along the way. More work needed on my part to understand the obsession/addictions I currently am still thinking about. Thanks guys!!!

Hi Gents, Yes I did it. I completed the first psychological level of 10 days without fapping.
I didn't fap yet and plan to take it to 20 days now as I don't want to waste 10 days of my life starting from scratch again. I rewarded myself with a hot Thai massage from a beautiful masseuse and boy I was horny. The vitality in me is on a different level.
I do have strong urges still, but with time they are getting weak.
Life without Porn is amazing. Thanks for the support that you guys gave me. 10 days without fapping is a lifetime high for me and now I aim for 10 more days. Keep the support and motivation coming folks.

  9. Reward no PMO with a massage from a beautiful masseuse?? Sounds like you're fueling the fire. DANGEROUS

I really want some advice about your handling with anxiety if any you had in the first part of your 90 days. Mine not as bad as first thirty days , on 65 novel now, but still getting insomnia this far in. Trying therapy with CBT as well.
