Day 6, i feel a shift in momentum and energy. Feels good, deep breathing is a must as whenever I abstain from something i feel more energy and emotion. So, keeping calm must be done. Good luck

 

Day 0 - Failed after reading posts on here which triggered me, at least I've learned that lesson now.

5/7 urges are getting pretty crazy at this point

 

In the middle of day 1 right now, I suppressed urges due to a group chat (which I then Muted), Feeling good, dont want to jinx it tho

 

1 Week is done
now going for 2 weeks

 

End of day zero. Still feeling... that drained, inconsistent feeling. Like I’m trying to keep urging forward but I also keep relapsing so it’s a conflicting feeling of subtle weakness/inability. Begging god for insight and strength. Their is this amazing girl who I’ve been into, and I don’t know if I’m going about ANYTHING the right way to be honest..

I know that a good first step is going through with this reboot, though, continuing to admit that I have a problem and working on it because that’s my INTEGRITY on the line, and not just my REPUTATION you know??
