Day 1/7 complete

I just finished watching the three part series called Brain Heart World, which looks at the harmful effects of pornography. Totally worth watching. Highly recommended.

 

Day 2/7

 

Day 4/7. I've felt great having a lot of energy, but have been edging at some points, especially when I went to bed last night. I've got to keep myself busy and my thoughts on other things.

 

Here we go day 1. Posting in here as a supplement to the nofap 2019 thread. A week under my belt by this time next week would be tremendous.

Day 3. It was rough but I passed. 4 to go. Almost over the hump.
