New guy in town...

New to the site but not the topic. I'm a married Christian man that struggles with Porn and fapping. I have discussed this with my wife who is also reading books on the topic. This hurts her and causes her to feel insecure, but she is doing her best to understand and help. She never says no to sex and is quite attractive, but I still have the urge...especially when she isn't around.

I've tried different books and programs on the topic. Some have helped for a while; however, nothing has really helped me continuously through this struggle. Really here to see if this community might be something that provides the help and support I need to persevere and stand strong...and hopefully improve my marriage and sex life in the process.
