    Day 10/90. Double digits came with a shitty day.. Had some bad news I wasn't expecting and entered a hard breakdown.. I just wanted to PMO so bad, I caught my mind spiraling down to psubs and wanting more.. Luckily I was able to stop and de escalate that self destruction seeking mindset, but I feel really shitty anyway. I was much more in control for the last few days, today felt like going backwards.. Moving on!

    Day 8/90 started. Had very little pmo thoughts all these 7 days. But I keep myself diverting. I am trying to concentrate more on lifestyle rather than just no pmo. And because of that I was able to make 7 days in a row.its been a long time for a week streak since my last 45day streak. I will keep continue concentrating on my lifestyle. Cheers guys.
