    12 rules for life: An antidote to chaos by Jordan Peterson.

    For me, this book completely changed my life. It is actually what led me to finally quit porn altogether. Peterson does an amazing Job of breaking down these “rules” in a way that is so simple yet so well written. I would highly reccomend this book to just about anyone.
