Introduction of myself

    Hi there.
    I´m new to NoFap and i want to introduce myself. Im 36 years old now and was in relationship for about 13 years now. The last 7 years we where married. As time went on, our sexlife felt asleep and i started watching porn and masturbated to compensate our sexlife. In the end we literaly had no sexlife anymore and i was just watching porn and masturbating. And when we had sex it got more and more dificult for me to get an errection and orgasm with our standard sex.

    Meanwhile we are divorced and i felt in love with a new and very awesome woman. The problem with getting an errection continued and i realized, that i have a problem. I want to keep the new women and therefore and started with NoFap.

    Tip: start doing mediation ( very popular here it's a great tool for all of us, you can ask anyone here they will highly recommend ) for 5mins a day after some weeks pass increase your time
