I just slipped up again... any tips on how to recover faster?

  1. Captain Rex reporting. This morning, I just slipped up again... and it wasn't worth it at all. This is my second slip-up throughout my entire journey and my second slip-up that I've had for the past few weeks.

    The biggest trigger that I have now is sleeping in during the weekends. I end up having the strong, "primal" urge to masturbate, even though I don't have any sexual fantasies running through my head. I was simply just observing the sensation but even then, I ended up feeling guilty, tired, demotivated, and grumpy right after I wasted a portion of my precious life-force. It was not worth it in the slightest.

    There's virtually no risk at all when it comes to masturbation. There's no effort required at all. It's basically no risk/high reward (if you can even call it that). I would much rather have sex out of love with a future twin flame (a partner who truly resonates with one's soul) instead since there is a great deal of effort required for such great satisfaction.

    And it really bothers me that in modern society, masturbation is apparently considered "healthy". I can't see how masturbation can even be considered "healthy" at all. To me, it's just bullshit propaganda used to control us and dumb us down to the lowest levels of conciousness in order to prevent us from becoming our greatest version (I'm going to go in depth on this in a seperate post).

    After all, we all came here to be free. Freedom is our birthright. We all have a great purpose to share in this world. We should all strive to become our greatest version! We should all try to make the most out of our life because we only live once!

    But for now, I need some help. Any advice on how I can recover faster? Are there any foods I should eat that will help speed up semen production and get my strength back? I'm a flexitarian (in case you want to know what that is, then I suggest you look it up) and a healthy eating enthusiast. I'm rather new to the diet so far since I just started around December but it's been inconsistent due to holiday parties and stuff like that.

    Anyways, that's all I have to share for today. I will man the fuck up and get myself back on track once again. I see this as a valuable lesson to never masturbate ever again because of how damaging overejaculation is to the body.

    There are no such thing as mistakes, just happy accidents like Bob Ross said. Actually better yet, there's no such thing as mistakes, only stepping stones toward greatness. Anyways, Captain Rex, out.

  2. I totally agree with your points on masturbation.

    I have a useful tip for urges, it works wonders for me. Male addicts view women as 'meat', especially the chest. Sure, it's normal to be attracted to them, but dehumanising them is not. Here's what you should do: Imagine a row of buckets in front of you and the girl you are thinking of sexually. Imagine taking her outerwear, and putting it into a bucket, then her innerwear, then rip off her skin, then her muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, each one getting a bucket. Slowly you deconstruct her body. Do it to her fat, her organs; those round, juicy eyeballs, imagine all the blood, sweat, tears, urine and feces and put them into a bucket. You don't have to literally count the buckets, but try visualing the different parts. Focus on the buckets that disgust you more intently. Try looking at the breast fat now, with that red blood sureounding it, squishy, unfirm, or whatever else that's repulsive. I got this tip from a succesful fapstronaut. It rewires an over sexually-conditioned porn addict to respect women, as you visualise the horrific 'meat' girl. I'm not married, but according to that guy, he tried it on many women, till he did it on his wife. Since then, he's never wanted to see her wife as other than her ownself. Do this when you have badthoughts, and on porn videos.

    Brother relax and drink water and try to meditate by relaxing every part of your body donot let there be any pressure on your body, your stomach, your back and listen to the guy who hypnotise you about porn and sex addiction, and do some kegels exercise, breath deeply
    And talk to someone if you are ideal

  4. I actually already do meditation and stuff like that. I'm drinking plenty of water as well. I don't need to do kegel exercises because I'm a little too young to have sex so I don't need to worry about that.

    It's just that the problem I have is that I tend to sleep in during the weekends like I just said, which is a huge trigger for me now. So what I should do is that as soon as I wake up, I should get my ass out of bed as soon as I can so that I can prevent future relapses from occuring. But other than that, I'm pretty much fine.

    No tips. I mean just stop. Like really I mean stop.

    I take a plethora of herbs but I won't name one for you. Because they won't do anything even for me taking as many as I do (incredibly strong jing, qi, and shen building properties) from the Ayurvedic and TCM systems if I don't stop. Like change, I mean to stop one needs to change their mind.

    I can't really say there is a faster way other than changing your thoughts and perception. Now how to do that? Daily training through meditation and tapping into positive sources of wisdom far beyond our present capacity of understanding.

    I find that many are beyond masturbation not to mention porn. Find them, study under them. Yes, they are on YouTube if you cannot find them offline.

    I can mention some but I don't know what is right for you. I am just a grasshopper who knows little.

    Kegels exercise is a step to send energy downward to your genitals and calm down the urges of your brain and get friends guide or an elder to help you u with your routine
