I have discovered the biggest reasons for premature ejaculation (and super simple fix)

    I don't know much about the problems at peeing. But i do know quite a bit about PE problems. Unfortunately it seems like that PE is not easy to cure. I read countless stories of ED being cured by a few weeks or months of nofap.
    But PE requires more effort, time, patience and experimenting alongside with nofap.

    I started by doing standard kegels for a few months but this made my PE worse because it tightens the BC muscle. So I stopped standard kegels and started doing reverse kegels. Been doing it for over four months and honestly I didn't notice any significant difference. So now I only do reverse kegels 3-4 days a week instead of 6 days a week.

    I am taking Limitbreaker's advice and I am in the process of trying to keep the BC muscle relaxed at all times so that I would eventually be able to flex my PC muscle only. I am really hoping that this will cure PE. Lots of patience is needed. Taking pills and medication is not a cure as you have already learned.

    @oaty Yes for me it has been hard to cure too. I started by doing the kegels too and, like you, started to notice that it was getting worse (I had to constantly go to the bathroom to pee and I would ejaculate just as fast). I've also tried doing edging sessions, but I'm not sure if that's doing anything... I'll put more emphasis in relaxing all the muscles down there while doing the edging sessions. The last time I relapsed, I masturbated to porn and ejaculated a total of about 3 times on the same day and I remember that I ejaculated really quickly so the PE could be done to a lot of conditioning to ejaculate quick. I think the exercises are important, just as staying away from porn and ejaculating too frequently. I've been taking some erection pills to help with the ED and as an additional effect they also make me last much longer which is great, though I feel like I'm too young to be taking these pills, and they are expensive.

    Firstly, well done for keeping two weeks on nofap. I wish you all the best on your journey.

    I'm not too keen on edging as I strongly believe that its edging that causes PE in the first place. But like I said before in other threads, I will consider it as a last resort if all else fails. This is why I'm looking for natural cures such as reverse kegels, keeping muscles relaxed, breathing techniques, kegels the correct way etc.

    I sincerely advise you to stop taking these pills. They are only a temporary cure and will lead to side effects and more problems eventually. Not to mention expensive. A long streak will usually cure ED. You just need to stay strong, focus and be motivated for a long streak of no PM. Then eventually you will hopefully quit it for good.

    The big question is:
    Is it really possible to not ejaculate with the strong muscle pc?
    In the positions where the woman is active, is it possible not to ejaculate without stopping her movements?

    Can strong PC muscle help in delaying ejaculation? (I assume this is your question). The answer is YES. Now, to details.
    1. When PC muscles can be used? In cases of emergency. When you pass point of no return. This can often happen when you are overexcited during sex.
    2. How to do it? You pull out from vagina as soon as you understood that PNR has been reached or passed. Immediately you start squeezing PC muscles as hard as possible. You keep squeezing until urge to come fades away.
    3. There is a difficulty in this though. As members have mentioned many times, you need to try NOT to tense BC muscle, the one that wraps base of your penis. This can be quite hard to achieve for beginners. From my experience, I just squeezed all perineum muscles as hard as possible and this helped. At times you may even come without ejaculation (with no cum) but in these cases refractory period is very quick.
    At time when a man is very close to point of no return while being inside vagina, does woman need to stop to avoid man from coming. (Again, this is how i read your question)

    My answer is YES - she needs to stop (practically, you need to make her stop). Especially when you are just starting working on your PE. If a woman keeps moving while you reached PNR chances are that you would come so no need to risk. Having said that, I know from experience, a man can increase the level of "tolerance". The longer you practice the more time it will take for you to reach PNR and, also, you will be able to keep up with some movements while you are at PNR. This will come with practice: at least for half a year.

    I have tried contracting my PC muscles when I have passed the PONR and I have been able to hold the ejaculation, however I have read that this might not be a very good thing to do since you can experience retrograde ejaculation (semen going backwards) that may be dangerous. Also when I've done it, I do cum, but it is not enjoyable at all, instead it is quite painful and then sometimes my penis just gets flaccid and I am unable to continue the sex. I've stopped doing that and now I simply ejaculate if I get passed the PONR.

    I agree. I don't think that its healthy nor is it a solution for PE. Not to mention annoying and unpleasurable.
    We need to find a solution for PE where we can simply last longer on the first round. Im working on Limitbreaker's method of keeping the BC muscle constantly relaxed. I will keep you guys updated on any improvements.

    Once we are able to find and exercise the PC muscle, will this solve PE simply by allowing us to last longer, or will we need to squeeze muscles to stop ejaculation?

    Yes, you are right! This was my experience. When I learned to keep all muscles: PC, BC and butt relaxed during sex that's when I was able to step to another level in lasting longer.

    I would say that key is
    • to lean exercising PC muscles separately to keep it toned (and use it in emergency), and
    • keep whole perineum muscles relaxed, especially BC, during sex. Paying bigger attention to BC muscle when you come closer to point of no return.

    Answering to the second part of your question: You squeeze PC muscles only in case of emergency, when you reached or passed PNR. Otherwise no need to squeeze.

    I know all the symptoms you described: retrograde, no pleasure, pain and yes, dick gets flaccid. I had the same experience at early days of my practice with PE exercises. These are signs that your perineum muscles are not strong enough. As you train PC and BC muscles more making them stronger these effects will subside.

    Firstly, you will not have retrograde ejaculation any more.

    Then, it will still be not enjoyable and painful to some degree but much less. This is unavoidable.

    And, you may still get flacid but refractory period will become very short. 1-5 minutes.

    Finally, I repeat that this technique is to be used in cases of EMERGENCY.

    You should avoid reaching PNR unless you want to come.

    Sounds promising... What exercise routine you use to train the pc muscle? Details about different sets and reps would be helpful. I used to train sometime ago, but I stopped. I want to start again but maybe use a more effective routine, and you sound like you have some knowledge on this.

    You made a good point about keeping the PM relaxed to help last longer. Im working on this.
    I just want to clarify that training PC muscle will naturally let someone last longer, and only needs to be squeezed in emergency? Is this right?

    As PC muscles can be easily overtrained you need to build up your practice gradually.

    One option would be:
    Doing daily trainings. 20 short Kegels (squeeze and immediately release), 10 long Kegels (squeeze, hold for 5 seconds and slowly release), 20 medium pace reverse Kegels.
    Do this for 3-5 days and notice any difference. Do you get morning woods? Do you notice your penis getting harder when aroused. And most importantly, do you get get any soreness. If everything is ok, increase repetitions by 5 or 10 as you feel. I wouldn't go more than 100 repetitions on each of the exercises.

    If at any point you got soreness it means your muscles are overtrained. You will need to take a break then for 1 week and start slowly with a lower count again.

    Yes, PC muscles as well as whole perineum need to be squeezed only in emergency - when you accidentally reached PNR.

    Training PC muscle is part of the whole process of treating PE. Training only PC muscles may fix PE or not. But, as you know, there are other important aspects in the process of overcoming premature ejaculation:
    1. learning to relax BC,
    2. keeping steady and calm breathing during sex,
    3. not reaching point of no return during sex and/or mastrubation
    4. other more or less secondary steps: no porn, natural remedies, mediation etc.

    Hi, I also had some question about a workout routine.
    I trained the BC muscle in the past, and because of bad masturbation habits it now twitches often for no reason, and makes me get to PNR really fast. I can stop the ejaculation by flexing it, but I know it's not the right way to go about it, and it won't solve the fast PNR reaching issue. I've been doing NoFap for like 2 weeks, I've made myself reach PNR a few times in the shower when feeling really horny but never gave in, also planning on stopping that completely.
    Anyway, I recently I successfully isolated PC from BC muscle (reverse kegel while peeing and stopping the stream only with the PC muscle), and can flex it fine, although BC still twitches slightly sometimes. I also just discovered the IC muscle by holding a weak BC kegel, and I think I'll get used to the sensation and be able to isolate it fairly quick.
    I want to start working on RK (which seem to be the most important)> IC >PC. Thing is I'm just not sure how to go about it routine wise, most of the posts I've seen lack details or focus on PC only. Would anyone have any suggestions in order to train these different muscles efficiently ?

    You made some interesting points. How did you manage to isolate the PC muscle from the BC muscle? Im still trying to do that. Been trying to keep my BC muscle relaxed for about a month to aid me with this.
    As for answering your question, I suggest you start easy then increase the intensity/reps/sets just as you would do with any training exercise. Maybe start off with a set of 10 reps, held for 5 seconds 4-5 times a week.

    dear members of this topic. I am experiencing wet dreams where i defenitely suffer from PE. I mean i come in the dream by just hugging a girl i feel arousal for.
    I am wondering if this means that I have PE, as I can not prove it for me now since I have no gf at moment.
