I had gotten to 18 when i stuffed up, but I'm feeling good, i know none of it went to waste because any and every day of victory is good.

Day 0/7. I completed three days without PMO today and I'm going to continue as best as I can on this journey. I will do my best to bear in mind the downsides of PMO and the benefits I'm seeking by quitting.

 

Guys me again. Yesterday on sunday was really tough. Urges coming round to my head and spontaneous erections too. But I decided to keep it going. Also, some pain in my balls, I think I suffer Epididymitis, because of not cumming outside. Big hug to everybody.

Here I go again day 0/7 I gotta refocus and also be kind to myself and not put myself down when I slip up.

 

Back to Day 0 from Day 5. But this time I'm gonna make it 7.

 

Day 0 This is my third attempt at the 7 day challenge.

 

Completed this 7-day challenge, I just hope this is the last time I complete this challenge...neither have energy & nor motivation & nor time more left in to fight this PMO issue...its neither an achievement...nor a trophy...just a journey to healthy & happy life
