    Trust me, that makes one area of your life that wont make you worry that kept me awake at night until i was 31.
    Be greatful that you dont have to think on how tight her pussy is or not, you can just go out and have fun. Its really a blessing trust me, use it.

    And for the gym, you need to go at LEAST 2 times per week to see improvements long term. And if you are tall and skinny, you are going to feel awesome about yourself once you put in the initial effort. It may take a while but the benefits are very much worthwhile.

    Put the gym in you day as a fixed appointment where must go, on the same level as if you would have a doctors appointment. There shouldnt be anything that stops you from going.

    Remember the only consistency we have in our lives in the investment in ourself. So invest in yourself and see what you can become.

    Well it's only above average size when erect, more length than width I think. Something like 15-16cm. But it's tiny like 1/3 of the erect length when flaccid and it was embarrassing when I can't get erect with a girl.

    As for gym, I had some results before but it's hard to maintain both the results and the routine. Guess I have to treat it like work. I have chronic fatigue for over 1 year now, and it's getting worse that makes me feel tired and sleepy all the time, so I really must push myself to go to gym....not sure if this is withdrawal symptoms from cutting off porn. Headaches, insomnia, dead dick that doesn't wake up to anything other than occasional erection during sleep, feeling sleepy and tired and suicidal all the time...I wonder how long these will last before it gets better.

    Sorry but chronic fatigue is no excuse for not exercising. I have severe depression, social anxiety, insomnia, headaches... to the point it's hard to get out of bed some times, but I do exercise every day, because I know things will get only worse if I don't. Think of it as a pill that gives you energy. If you don't take it daily, your fatigue will only get worse and worse. Hitting weights is great, but aerobic activity (running, cycling, swimming...) is even better mood improver. The best is combination of the two, first rises your feel good hormones, second rises your testosterone and growth hormone levels. Try to do both, if you can. If not, start with cycling/running/swimming/basketball/soccer etc and then add gym 2-3 times a week to your equation. Or you can just get barbell and bench (2nd hand can be very cheap) to do strength exercises at home if you don't want to go to the gym.

    Sounds like you are in a flatline. Being in a flatline is hard as fk, not going to lie. But you have to force yourself to get out, i am using motivational speaker almost every single day to get in the the right mood. Les Brown, Alan Watts, Will Smith, Tony Robbins, Vishen Lakhiani, Arnold Schwarzenegger... Find ppl who made their way to the top with effort and discipline. They know what they are talking about.
    You must make the gym and exerises a priotity. You can't have it as something you sometimes go to and sometimes you don't. Make room for it.

    And nobody gives a flying fk about a flaccid dick, except ourselfves. And we are making shit up others wouldnt even think of. : )
    I've had issues with my the size of my dick all my life mate. It took only 1 girl to take almost all of it away. And after having had sex with this one girl, my thoughts about what others might think of it almost went to 0.

    I wouldnt recommend to get something to exersize at home. People often treat home as their shelter to relax and not a place to work out, especially when they are starting out. A gym and a set schedule are much more likely to keep him on it.

    And i've heard the exact opposite. As far as i know, muscle groth exercises raises testosterone levels while cardio usually decreases them.

    But all in all, NoFap + Sleep are the things that boost your energey a LOT. If you can make it past a certain threshhold, usually between 50-100 days, it becomes normal.
    I am only on 15 days and i am feeling the effects every day, especially since i have around 7-8hours of sleep.
    Both of those things give you energy beyond measure

  6. It's probably withdrawal induced adrenal fatigue syndrome. In that case you don't want to be overdoing exercise. It's more important that you hydrate enough, with mineral water only, that you eat the correct WHOLE foods (cut out wheat/gluten as well in case of AFS) and that you pursue gentler activities such as gardening or walking to support your nervous system. You should also avoid any supplementation to spare your liver which I'm sure is already overworked.
    A keto or paleo diet is what I'd look into if I were you. It's going to be stressful at first but it pays off in the long run if your aim is increasing testosterone, getting lean or simply getting more energy. Never underestimate the metabolic consequences of consuming modern day processed foods that are laden with sugar and additives.

    Aerobic exercise boost testosterone levels too, just not to the same extend as resistance exercises. That's it if you stay inside 60 min time frame and is especially true for men who exercise vigorously.

    Well, I'll start go to the gym at least 3 times a week again. About flatline, I don't get erections at all during the day, even looking at porn or hot girls. But I get occasional erections during sleep, although they sometimes disturb my sleep and I feel tired all day from not enough sleep. But I don't usually wake up with morning wood. I heard if during a flatline, there's no morning wood as well?
