Hitting flatline , any advice?

First of all, many nofappers have different definitions of a flatline. For some people its just the lack of libido, for others it is also depressive feelings and so on.
In terms of having no libido I always considered the flatline as something good, because it gives me a break and makes adding multiple days on my counter easy.
For me the flatline first ends in the head, and I feel more aroused when Im together with women. Some days after that the erections come back and my sexuality is in a good way stronger than ever.

My advice is to relax and let the flatline come and go. I feel always great after the flatline, even though there is again a risk of relapsing. But in terms of healing yourself and regaining a healthy sexuality overcoming the flatline is a very positive thing. I wish you the best

Drink water, eat anti-inflammatory foods, take naps, take cold showers, drink green tea and socialize (I know this is a hard one during withdrawal)
