What do you think about NoFap haters?

Its nobody else but the insta- quitters ,the weak people that say that, the impatient ones that expect nofap to simply do a magic trick and fix their stuff in 1 day.

For me nofap worked like a charm. It helped me overcome my 11 years old addiction. Tried before MANY times without nofap ,and didnt succeed.

Someone said : " Whatever addiction starts in solitude , ends in a community "

 

they have high expectations and they imagine perfect results without putting work in..
worst thing is that most people think they aren't addicted..

 

No need to judge... its working for the majority on here.

The truth is porn directors are very dangerous and they even dominate the economy. There are articles written by the press which support porn and claim it's nothing wrong about it.
But this is just another period in human history, an immoral one, just like the Roman world where there was much diversity but also much immorality.

Bro , trust me , I was a porn addict from 11 years old and was hooked on masturbation until 5 months ago.

Since quitting masturbation I started the gym , lifting heavy ( 36 kg dumbbell each hand bench press ) lost 35 pounds ( I was obese ) and started an accounting course , it has given me focus and hope never felt since I was very young.
