    hey guys im new here...& im jus at my wits end with this crazy lifestyle. ive notice how my quality of life has dampened, like wen i really take a hard look at it. relationships, goals, even my mindset has sum wat tookin a fall...im jus really hoping 2 find myself & to learn 2 love myself & everything & everyone around me

    And you have come to the right place, there is a lot here to help you on your path. As in yoga ,the way of the warrior, conquer what you want.
    Search through the forums to get to know what it can offer you, start a journal and a reboot. Keep your track, focus on addressing what you need to do to be better and take it one day at a time
