    I am on what s app with friends then a guy send porn pictures (first time on this olf conv for 2 years ) to "laugh"

    I immediatly looked away and deleted them. Next time it happens (i assume it is scarce it is not a habit on this conv) i leave it.

    However is it a relapse ?

    I also add that i deleted social medias but kept whats app because on this conv we share important documents for our courses

    Why are they sending you pornographic pictures? That sounds extremely weird. You should tell them to stop.

    I wouldn't count it as a relapse, but maybe you should delete Whats App if you can get the same info some other way. It's not worth jeopardizing your recovery. This is your life we are talking about, and your future.

    Its not only NOT a relapse. You went the extra mile and deleted that garbage. You should be proud of yourself brother, it was the right thing to do.

    Ok guys Today i decided to delete all the previous pSub (not erotic photos such as photos during a party ...) photos i had which were downloaded by Facebook on my phone.
    I wanted to do it because i sometimes look at important pics on my photo galery (hollidays pics, courses at the university) and there are p sub just next to them (although i dont looked at them it could be a trigger in the future)

    I hope it was a good idea even during a reboot
