Why We Do This.

    I have this list in my phone that I look at when I feel the pull towards PMO. Hoping they can help all of you:
    1. Get rid of ED

    2. Sex

    3. Sustained drive and motivation

    4. Increased Testosterone

    5. More time

    6. Increased self esteem

    7. Decreased depression

    8. Decreased anxiety

    9. Better focus and concentration

    10. Increased productivity/achievement

    11. more creativity/ I lose creativity after a relapse

    12. I have the support of mom and dad.

    13. Sleep better!

    14. No brain fog!

    15. I can hold eye contact longer, more meaningful relationships and conversations, you connect more.

    16. I take more pleasure in everyday tasks- biking outside! (Similar to orgasm) conversations, mindfulness.

    I dont know if i could look at the word "sex" as long as i dont have access to it. It would make feel uncomfortable

    But i agree with the rest.

    I did a month from dec 14th to Jan 14th.

    PMO'ed the night of 14th but since the 14th, it has been 7 days now I feel myself going back to a clear mindset.

    There is a way Porn makes you a zombie or maybe it is just us telling ourselves that .hehe
