We had to go Skool during fasting, was very difficult. But overall fasting is spiritual and mystical and excellent for health. You are right, have to experience to believe it. I use to love fasting, you learn so much restraint. All being well I have intentions to start again next year. My life wil be so different by then. I’ll be off meds towards end of this year and successful on nofap, I’ll be born again.

I hope you continue on path of fasting, towards enlightenment. It will save your soul. We are created from light, and to diminish that with the light of this world we will see grief. The light of this world is an illusion, it’s deceiving, confusion, life feels real but nothing more real than the life to come. Rivers of milk and honey as god promised, fruit trees of every kind, young beautiful servants of perpetual youth serving food on golden platters. Nothing bad in heaven just peace, a reward for the good work some of us ppl use to do in the world. And a horse rider in heaven will ride under one of heavens trees for 100 years, and still not reach the end. Gods promises are true. Let us aim to please god. God never fails in his promise.

I didn’t unfortunately I didn’t have a laptop to type plus I’m on Antipsychotic meds and slowly titrating over 6-10 months, I have noticed no changes in 294 days. Once I’m off meds I’ll document my life and return back to normal.

 

Well done my brother, the journey has been long. As each day went by, I hope you have gained what you visioned or sought.

No one can be truly free from life’s evils, temptations surround us, but we can choose to fight and be free from evil. Which makes us better each day and increases our blessings.
