IS IT A RELAPSE ?

Hello, currently i'm on my 255 day without any masturbation or porn (soft mode). However today sth really interessting happened and I don't know If this counts as a relapse. I was feeling a bit of horny so this thought of a girl I used to sleep with before came to my mind.. I started thinking about the times we used to have and just touched my dick for like 4-5 secs, I didn't even have an erection whatswhoever... in the next 2-3 secs i reached ejaculation.. it was like a shock to me because i didn't even stroke my penis, i just touched in without even being hard.. and boom..

Was this a relapse, should i restart the counting... please help
