7 days into nofap and new to the community

    Hello everyone. 7 days into nofap: no porn or masterbation. Tried nofap in the past but this is my longest streek so far. Feel strong this time though. 2 a day 5-10 minute cold January showers help. If anyone wants to tag team with me as an accountability partner and we can help each other to 90 straight days for starters. Let me know. Thanks.
