I'm a 24 year old male who has been a porn&masturbation addict since I'm 13 years old.Since 2016 July,I've had symptoms like weak urine stream, frequent urination etc. i masturbate regularly 2 to 4 times everyday.Sometimes I masturbate even more frequently.
I've visited many urologists so far and they put me on some tests to find out whether i had some sort of infection causing these problems. But all tests came back negative. They all said that these problems could be the result of a chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
I've read some articles telling that chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is hard to cure thoroughly. i also found that an herbal medicine called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is effective especially for chronic prostatitis. Is there anyone out there who has problems which are identical or at least similar to mine? And for those who are familiar with this condition do you know whether this diuretic Pills can be a possible cure for chronic prostatitis? Thanks for reading and sorry for my bad English.

  2. I had prostate congestion which arises due to excessive fluid produced by prostate gland when you masturbate excessively . I had same symptoms as you have mentioned. After 60 days into my streak , My condition has improved . May be you should try 90 days reboot . See whether your conditions improves or not.

I am having the same issues, I am 120 days into a reboot but I’ve had sex twice. I have weak flow, shy bladder as it takes me a while to start, and sometimes discomfort. I haven’t been diagnosed with prostatis but I’m afraid I might be experiencing it. This has progressively gotten worse over the years. I’m hoping it starts to resolve itself longer into the reboot but who knows. I hope someone on here can maybe shed some more light on the subject.

I also have been through that. I started feeling symptoms in March. At first I thought I had an STD but it turned out to be congestive prostatitis. Indeed, too much masturbation can lead to prostatitis. Delaying your orgasm constantly can also cause prostatitis. I was masturbating everyday like 2 to 4 times a day. I was then prescribed antibiotics with aleve at first. Although I didn't have bacterial prostatitis I found it helped relieve the inflammation with the Aleve combined. Then I started masturbating again as soon as I started to feel better. The pain came back. After that, I saw a different urologist thinking it was the meds that weren't working I was then prescribed a beta blocker to help relieve some discomfort. Still the pain was there but not so bad ( I was still taking Aleve at the same time.) I would jerk off excessively thinking it was ok as soon as the pain would lessen not knowing that masturbating was causing the problem. I was dealing with this for 3 months. I was miserable. Just now I am starting to feel better and it's all because I decided to stop masturbating once and for all. All I had to do was take a break from jerking off and I would have felt better sooner. Since I didn't know masturbating was causing the prostatitis I kept relapsing. As soon as the pain would leave and I would feel a bit better I would jerk off and you guessed it, the pain would come back a couple of hours later. Just drink water and avoid jerking off as hard as it is. Trust me I know. It's not worth the pain you feel in the long run. I've been masturbating since I was a little kid. I'm in my mid 20s now. Its not easy at all. But it's possible. I haven't masturbated in almost 2 weeks. Try to stay busy. Good luck.
