    i know a lot of u believe that we should do this hard mode . Still i want to quit only porn .

    For me porn is the trigger , i am addiction to porn not masturbation .

    But is brain fog related to porn or masturbation . And all those crazy benefits are from quitting P or M .

    Which is which , can someone tell me ?

    The reason that hard mode is recommended is because it is the fastest and most effective way to reboot the brain's damaged reward circuits. These are fuelled by dopamine. Both porn and masturbation produce dopamine. So, even if you do not have an issue with compulsive masturbation, it is important to remove it from your behaviours while you are rebooting. Otherwise, it adds further complication your addled brain. So, if you're abstaining from porn, but allow yourself masturbation you will get the chaser effect and brain fog. Once the reboot is completed, masturbation alone will not do so.

  3. I have a lot of brain fog, and didn't watched a single minute of porn in my life. So, as far as I know my brain fog is there because of M (and visualization).
