Edging doesn't work

    I know it's been said a million times here. Heck, I've read it more times than I can recount. Didn't matter. I thought I was stronger, and it wouldn't affect me. I was wrong. In order to reboot, you CANNOT let anything creep back in, especially edging, even without P.

    Here was my progression after going more than 30 days of No M, no P, and no O. "A little touching won't hurt", a few days later, "Getting close won't matter, as long as long as I don't O", a few weeks later on a poorly time business trip, "looking at a few pictures won't hurt", a few days later at home, "watching a video won't hurt", the next day, "M'ing to a few videos won't hurt, as long as I don't O", Tonight? "DAMNIT, Time to start over".

    My mistake was letting myself slip into the mindset that nofap is actually no-O. O is only a tiny piece of the puzzle, everything that goes with it is actually more important. It's all those small pieces that lead up to it that have to be avoided. Don't let the small things slip in. Set a boundary, and DON'T cross it.

    Good reminder. I did something like this back in December, except it only took a week from start to finish. I learned a lot from it, and have set up 2 or 3 boundaries for myself that have really helped. Right now my struggle is trying not to get comfortable. It has been almost 50 days since MO, and I am starting to relax, which is usually the first step. The key is to be the same distance away from PMO at the end of every single day as you were the previous day. Maintain maintain.

    Haha isn't that the damnedest truth. This time around, I'm trying to keep myself from getting comfortable as well. Just signed up for the reboot camp, so that should hopefully be a huge help.
