    Hy guys,

    It's been a long time since I didn't came here. I alwasy came here when I hit the ground. Talking about bad things doesn't have sense, since it will only attract only bad things. The fact is that I have a nice job, a cute and smart girlfriend and because my only hoobby is PMO the rest of my life is falling apart. I'm a smart an cute boy and usualy don't have big problems in my life, but I feel as I lost controll. Through internet, whatsapp and all the rest I fantasize about girls, about sex, I dream about it and then masturbate for few hours. My porn culture has become incredibly huge...and it has an impact on me. In the past I had a lot of sexual experiences and this also has an impact on what I expect daily. I hope to find some help here on this site.

If you come up with any specific questions, be sure to post them in the right section of the forums to be sure they get answered quickly and correctly. At this point, it’s important that you educate yourself and start finding healthy habits to replace the old, unhealthy ones.
