    Hi there,

    Relapsed few days ago so reset. Going well so far, but had really strong wet dream couple of nights ago. Had to change the sheet ago and everything yesterday morning. Even though I had that wet dream, I got ball ache last night, why is that?

    I didn't masturbate, but had a wet dream. A wet dream is completely different, happens at night and is almost impossible to control, as it happens why you're asleep. Interesting that it might be because new sperm is being made that my balls hurt.

    Did you get turned on at all during the day? Engaging in fantasies or seeing any real women and getting an erection?

    When I get really horny, and then I find myself getting turned a bit, but I don't ejaculate I get achy balls (this is where the term blue balls comes from). In this case, it's the fluids building up in preparation for ejaculation, but not getting released, so it causes pressure.

    I've not heard of anyone else getting blue balls from ejaculating...but then again, I don't exactly bring this subject up with all my friends. Still, the fact that the ache didn't occur at least 12 hours after the wet dream leads to believe something else happened in the meantime to give you the ache.
