    Hello guys,

    I would like to create a list of perceived benefits to masturbating, as per the addict. Could you help me and write a reply with what you feel masturbating to porn/abusing sex/going to prostitutes/... gives you ?

    I'll start with some of my why's:
    -it relieves boredom
    -it relieves unwanted emotions
    -it gives me a thrill while doing it or when thinking about doing it
    -it makes me feel good

    Do you have any others ?

    *Boredom. Wouldn't do anything productive most of the time and find myself alone in my room, while all of my friends move on with their lives.
    *Craving any kind of intimacy with a female, even if fake(watched mostly JOIs and Virtual SPOVs)because I can't get any real women
    *I'm a super sexual, horny person regardless of porn. But couldn't get anyone to release this tension with, hence, I resorted to pornography for the thrill.
