    Day 10/90 done successfully. But today I wasted time. Don't know why but I keep wasting time instead of doing productive work. Got exams in 2..3 days still didn't study a bit also. If I continue like this with wasting time unproductive I may relapse easily. Guys any tips on how to feel like stop wasting time and use it for bettering my future. It's just I can't stop being idle or doing YouTube. Cheers guys.

  9. 88/90 - 2 days away from reaching my 4th NoFap milestone. Just like the horizon of the 60 I experienced a strong urge again. Flirted and flirted with the idea but PMO is not my norm anymore. It's not even a close desire although the last week I know it's always there to crash through the door if you let it.

    Stay strong my friends. I highly recommend hard mode in this experience. Don't know how to compare without it but imagine it might have been confusing especially in the beginning. For me it really takes a rewiring and I think you need to really cleanse your brain and unhook the physical connection to what you have come to rely on.

    you just need the initial boost. bro, make a schedule, plan all the things you want to do the next day. then on the next day, go for it!! even if on the beginning you don´t feel very motivated, don´t worry, as soon as you get engaged on the task you start to feel more motivated. then just follow the trail. stay away from distractions (mobiles, laptops, etc...), totally focus on the task. also it´s good to not touch your phone on the first hour of the day, it will make you more focused and less distracted throught the day.
