I've noticed this from eating more vegetables and drinking more water (so I would recommend that); not from nofap, though.
Day 0. Went from 30 day challenge to 90 days, now at 111. But starting at zero as that's a rule from the thread.
Checking in. On day 29 now. I had a short break in libido for a while but I feel it's starting to come back now.
I think stopping an addiction speeds up the natural progression of a human being towards maturity and personal development. There are new challenges ahead and they aren't necessarily easy to deal with, but they are necessary to move forward with your life and become more whole. And that's very rewarding, you become happier with who you are.
