Hi.

Have begun my journey on nofap in the hopes of it improving my life in the long run. Am currently 19 soon to be 20 and have watched porn since I was 14. I have previously attempted the challenge on my own, only to fail a week or two into it and by joining this community, I am hoping to make myself more accountable and to increase my chances of success. I struggle significantly socially; my self-esteem and confidence are certainly lacking, and whilst I don't know if PMO is the cause, I still think it's worth trying to stop it. Let's hope this is the start of a journey that helps me become the man I want to be, and maybe I'll even attract a nice girl and finally get my first kiss.
