    PEACE!

    EDIT:(srry i missed a word xd)

  3. 33 is pretty darn good! You didn't fail, you succeed for 33 days. That is worth celebrating! And now, set a goal for 50 days or something to get you past the 33. Check out my thought in my journal today. Hang in there. Be strong.

We shouldn't think of relapses as failures. Especially on a long streak like that. I say well done and hopefully you'll do even better next time.

33 is fantastic, don't be hard on yourself, just get back on the horse and keep focused.

I was watching porn over 4 times a day and doing this every single day for about 15 years. My mind was clouded and it was all I would think about. I tried so many ways to stop watching porn, but the longest I could go without porn was a couple days max. My career was not progressing and friendships and relationships were non existent. I was scared talking to girls, even though I really wanted too, but then I would go an watch porn. Anyway Ive finally broken, my habit and Im wanting to help others break there habit/addition. I used www.endtoporn.com, they were great with there knowledge, experience and support.

If I can quit porn so can you, keep strong.

you made great progress, and even more you know that you have a problem, as everyone of us has, knowing that and making progress is a huge step forward, keep going!! this is why failure has value in itself.

  8. Hi vishnu Venugopal,

For the first time in 48 years, I'm 102 days PMO free. It was tough at first with urges and withdrawal coming in from time to time but I resisted them one by one. Now that I'm liberated from PMO, what a feeling ! The benefits are much more than the short pleasures that slipped through our fingers - I experience better focus, productivity, sleep, health, kindness, social abilities ... and I improve tremendously on procrastination which has been pulling me back for a long time. Think of the benefits and you can overcome the urges ! Be strong !

Hey Vishnu brother, One thing you can do that is valuable. Remember how frustrating it is at this re-set. Look at your calendar each day...it will take another month just to get close to where you were. I had two major re-sets (and lots of little re-sets) but when I finally started over I used that frustration as an edge to keep me going. I made it now well past 90 days. Once you get over 60 days you will have some hard times, but overall it starts to get easier day by day. You can do this! Keep us posted. Best. SF

  10. Hang in there bro! I am still dreaming about reaching 30 days :) My current record is 10 days and 6 hours, lol.
