    I want to reboot, I 've had many obsessive compulsive, intrusive thoughts which really torture me and many who may have had similar experiences, especially looking at today's date and me doing this it is like so confusing, but I know the reason, and it is the same reason I am here. It is quite rare to hear people talk about certain things which are considered 'unnnormal' and yet are very sensitive for the victims who go through them. Disturbing phobias, obsessive intrusive thoughts, yes as a result of PMO, and these things become so deep and engraved on the brain such that it is very hard to live a normal life. However, with people around who can help victory is assured. My greatest wish is to have my brain re-programmed I know I can do this.

    I too join. I will commit myself to avoid PMO at all costs. Staying sober is always going to be a better choice no matter what.
