Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because this phase of depression shall end very soon and I will feel even better than ever if I just keep going now. Whereas if I quit now I will be back to where I started. .and when I started I was desperately wishing to be where I'm now!.

 

Today, right now, I will not use porn because I'm alone and I want to and this is the precise situation in which I normally watch it. Instead I want to change my life for the better. I want to be free of this affliction so I am posting here instead.

I'm reaching out thru the world to all of you to connect with you in some small way because all of you can relate to exactly where I am. I know if I put my hand out, you'd take it and help me if I needed as I would for you. We're all in this together, we're brothers and sisters and moms and dads and friend and famliy all together.

Along with posting here I did a few affirmations that changed my state for the better. That along with this posting and the responses I get fuel me to go forward living the life I want to live being the man I want to be, NO , the man that I AM , that stands before you.

I love all of you even though we never met. Thank you all for being here for me, for us, for each other!! Together we succeed!

 

I will not PMO today because there are tons of reasons. And if I have to pick one for today it will be that I am master of my life and I am deciding what I want to do, and who I want to be.
