I don't think there is any point in semen retention. We make a point, depending what our goals are. It can be used for physical health, financial success, spiritual growth or as an occult tool to gain power and control over others. It's just a tool. If somebody wants to use only for female attraction I don't see why would that be a problem.

I think that both extremes aren't good and fapping is the worst of the 2. For me the best solution, after u learnt to control urself with abstinence, is to get married. U will get some pleasure and calm down the sexual desire that we cant ignore, and the desire for the woman will disminish little by little allowing ur body to stay healthy. But yeah u are right i can't really talk as u said i dont know how it feels to be around 180 days, but try to contain ur desire... but i've read stories from people who reached a year but still have control on their feelings.
