First day in and definitely wanting this change in my life. Graduate school hasn’t been easy and porn always seems to be the answer. This just leads to less time focused on school and feeling not prepared and the cycle continues. Ready for life long change and I’m ready to put in the work here and have a goal.

 

Day 3 Completed.
I'm in control and hopefully it stays like this. I know in the very near future I'll have to make a big decision. I can't lie to myself.

I was on day 10 but relapsed this morning before the shower. Didn't O but edged; still a relapse. I think the dating apps/sites led me to it. Should I stop using them? I've already met some great people through them and would like to continue.
Anyway, here we go again!
