My day 62 never feel more confident

its my day 62 I can't believe that I did it so far, my mind is fresh no more bad thoughts coming to my mind, I started treated woman with a different manner, Women are the most beautiful thing God created and we should start to look at them in a different way. pornography is such an illusion it keeps you running after your desire Without taking into account how much the female is greater than it is a tool for your enjoyment. when you stop watching pornography you will be surprised how is it much easy to talk to a woman with no stress, you will start to act like a human being with every person.

I can not describe how much I feel better now , I feel that I am a new person with a new personality , I feel much confident , i started to look to the life in a different way , you have to keep in your mind that you are here in this life for a purpose and you should start looking for the things that inspire you and make you a good person Guys, I promise you all that you can make it, stop letting negative thoughts to have control over you, you are stronger than to let anyone play with your life, there is a new life waiting for you on the other side, just be patient and don't give up .

Congrates to you first that you reach untill this point , secondly regarding my mental ability absoultly its better than before , the one thing which i noticed is ability to do more than a jop in one time , memorise the number faster espically phones , also i had an exam last week i found thats it was easy to remeber what i studied in the exam

For the last point , did you mean my libido ? Its actully still in flatline ، i think the reason is because of the withdrawl symptoms they've talked about in the book ( your brain on porn )
But don't worry your minds needs a long rest at the begining of the repot so it can go back to its normal status
