How long have you been addicted in hindsight?

I started masturbating at 12, am 31 now. I had been addicted to it since age 18. I had a very severe addiction to the point i was not interested in sex with my ex and i was masturbating instead. I used to masturbate multiple times per day sometimes or edge for hours.

I had a horrible addiction but i used to be in denial about it. Now i'm finally over but it took me 6 years since starting nofap. I did nofap seriously only in the last year.

 

I developed fetishes and started watching porn daily when I was 13, so about 4 years.
