    Hi im new here and just wanted to say a couple things about myself i am incredibly depressed and have a lot of anxeity even before i started fapping my anxiety was unbearable fapping to porn has made me have absolutely 0 motivation to everything and i just hate the feeling of depression and no joy whatsoever i hope nofap will change this situation I'm in.
