Hi, I'm a 16 year old boy, and I want to stop addiction to pornography and masturbation. My story begins at age 9 when it was the first time I saw material. Since then I have fallen more in this world and I calculate to have consumed approximately 130 GB of material all my life. I want to leave this behavior because I have realized that I do not have friends and that I relate to others is difficult. I am about to start the school year in my country and I want to change as I start one of the most difficult years in school. Finally I want to apologize for my English since I am not native Day 1 out of 90

    welcome. great first step.

I hope you realize you are not alone. The number of teens addicted is way way more than anyone realizes.

Here is a thread just started by a 16 year in same spot as you. Check it out and come back here and let us know if any of it makes good sense to you.

If so, I might be able to give you some simple steps to better manage the cravings and urges to kick off your journey on breaking your addiction to porn.

Based on what you said in your intro, I'm 95% you can beat this.

    Welcome.
You are at the right place. Learn about the PMO addiction, there are hundreds of articleas and videos available. Read journals of recovering addicts. This knowledge will help you to ease the frustration if you know that to expect in each passing day. It will be hard and we will do it hard.
    Good luck.
