MY PROBLEM

    When ever I relapse ... I dont masturbate just once..... I do It 8-10 times (yes really) that day while watching porn.... and then restart it on 12:00 AM that night ... how can I (IF) relapse just once amd not doing it multiple times ??

    After your first relapse, go take a shower, then remove yourself from whatever room you're relapsing in. Go to a public area. If that's not possible, call someone on the phone and have a chat. If it's late at night, go fix yourself a sandwich or something. Anything to get yourself out of the situation (place, objects, etc) that your brain associates with PMO. Usually that's enough to break yourself out of the binge reaction... It takes one big movement of willpower, then you've typically broken the cycle.

    The problem is I only have 2 friends ... They cant hang out with me daily... one day I go out th3n I know next 2-3 days I have to be at home

    You need to redirect your sexual frustration by doing something active. Like running, press ups, lifting weights..

    Great thats a good step. Go to the gym as much as possible (train smart) and it will be a good tool to beat your addiction.

    While my experience is not the exact same as yours, i can relate that whenever i do relapse i tend to binge pretty hard for a week or so.

    Ad4gio offered a super practical list of actions to take in respone to a Fappening Event. In addition i would probably mention the mental side of things as well. I know for me, when i relapse theres a always a lucid moment of "ok lets minimize the damage here. You fapped once, its not the end of the world. now lets cut our losses and get back on track.".

    After that thought inevitably though i convince myself at some point "aggghhh my perfect streak is ruined, i might as well get it out of my system and just go for broke".

    While it sucks to relapse, my suggestion would be take any or all of those actions Ad4gio mentioned, and consciously remind yourself "im mad at myself, but i can salvage this". Dont (or at least try not to) give yourself permission to binge, it just makes the healing process that much longer.

    I think Dudes_manrod explained it well. When you fail your inner demon takes the opportunity to consume as much as possible. I think you're aware that it's wrong to abuse yourself in that way and the fact that it's evil probably turns you on. I can certainly relate to that.
    The question shouldn't be however how you can minimize the "relapse-damage" so to speak. It should be why do you relapse in the first place. Figure that out. A part of you wants to relapse. Understand why and be as honest with yourself as possible. Only way is up. A cold shower might give you a bit of time to think but it won't solve your problem. Think instead. The better you understand why you want porn the easier it will be to find a way out.

    I could feed you concepts and information that helped me. But the thing is that's by far not as effective as when you realize those things by yourself.

    You have a very high compulsive nature to PMO and that is hard to break but you can do it though. You will have to come down slowly as I do not think cold turkey will work best for you. You need to remove all electronic devices, magazines and socialedia from your view. Trying hard mode will be difficult for you but over time you will go further and further and you need to build on that. You have to pick up new hobbies that will take away from that behavior though.

    Build momentum from more days and stick with a momentum. If I relapsed now probably I would also go 3 times a day for a couple of days. It is quite normal. Somebody needs 3x a day somebody 10x. The main thing is to avoid relapse and build something.

    You're addicted to dopamine fix released by orgasm. Chemically the same as being cocaine or heroine addict, just that you don't overflow your brains with "feel good chemicals" to the same extend. I had the same problem for almost two decades. Trying to ease down doesn't work for me, going "cold turkey" does. The trick is to be prepared to suffer acute and post acute withdrawal symptoms no matter what. You will go through very rough mental and physical withdrawal period, but you must not give up. It get's easier with each month. The most important thing is to replace your compulsive habit with another more healthy one, to keep your mind occupied. Just not doing is not gonna work. For example I started training for triathlon because I like exercising plus it takes a lot of time and energy, but you should find your own new "good" addictive habit that you like and stick with it.
