If only I could convince myself of this before I start instead of immediately after I finish. I think everyone has that "what the fuck am I doing moment" right when they finish, but it's too late by then and then it starts all over. I think that we PMO addicts have become experts at eliminating that male actor and placing ourselves in the scene. The producers are also making this easier to do with the rising popularity of POV style videos. So yeah, rational thought tells us how ridiculous this is, but no one in the midst of their addiction is thinking rationally. The P industry uses a pretty big hook, so we need better strategies to defeat this addiction.

 

I think giving up on porn for as long as I have is contributing to my strong eye contact. There's nothing I do behind closed doors that I am trying to hide from others so it kind of reflects in my actions.

 

How about a lonely girl doing her usual sensual dance in front of the camera ,then undressing ? It tricks you thinking she's doing it for you! She's alone after all!

I am terribly addicted to P but all in all its just a basic human need .Sex is a strong force ,that releases strong emotions .Doesnt matter if you do it or just watch it .Seeing other people do it is not wrong and does not make you an addcit or Looser.Lots and lots of people have sex in groups.Some are more active ,others like to watch it . Its not humilating in my opinion .
Like my first thought is that the post appears like a message to women like " You are mine ,if another dude catched you earlier ,i lost and i am humiliated by that". But in reality women and men have a lot of different partners and sexual adventures in this world.So when the dude gets her it wasnt meant to be or your doings were twisted and she didnt get what you wants .And its a good thing because the times where people were forced by law/religion to live together are over.

But i would say in a Nofap conext its humilating ,like in reality it you only get turned on ,by sitting in front of a window ,watching people do it and you give them commands ,so you can see your fantasies .Thats kind of a dissociation because reality and your mind wont have a connection,cause sitting and thinking is not doing it,even if it feels so
