75/90 for me. Cruising along right now. After a pretty challenging patch, I think I may be in a second flatline? In any case, onward.

I am relapsing everyday multiple times. Not able to stop. Even if I reading the nofap forum, even if I am determining myself not to relapse. I keep relapsing . Help guys. I am not able to take control. My skin is getting worst.

 

Thats where I was at brother... What i've done since my last relapse was first asking myself why am I doing this anyway? I started researching all the reasons against PMO etc., i've read successstories and watched countless videos on YouTube. Then I imagined what my life could possibly be if I continued watching porn and masturbating and what my life could possibly be if I stopped. I wrote down all the negative effects of PMO and a step by step plan when the urges hit. So when the temptation comes, I will read all the reasons not to give in and I will execute my "emergency plan". But these are all just things that CAN help you. I've learned that everything rises and falls with your willpower... so mindset is key in my opinion. I've watched a video of Jordan Peterson talking about how to quit. He meant that it is not the right way to think about that you want to quit porn, it is the right way to think that you're trying to have a better life...
Well, these are the things that helped me to get my self control back, maybe they can help you as well.
Lastly, you can do this man, take control. All the best for you and sorry for the way to long answer.

 

Day 7/90. Morning folks. Some strong urges but working through them. Emotions are up and down a little. Weird. But good day planned, have a good one! I like to use this as a type of journaling activity too. Stay strong.

 

Hi buddy. Start by figuring out your triggers. What makes you relapse? Is it looking at your phone? Browsing social media? Doing some initial analysis helps. From there, start journaling here. No one is judging.
